We have just launched a new product called "ZEN" and the blog contains: 1) info on ZEN and information on delivery... as well as product releases and videos. We WILL update the website and catalog as soon as possible, but as many of you know, a blog is musch easier and faster to update :-)
Once you complete the on-line order form you do not need to do anything else if you receive our auto-reply.We'll begin your order and invoice you in 48 hours or less! If you've contributed photos or testamonials, either in forums or personally, PLEASE be patient... I'm trying to get caught up. Of course special thanks have to go to Erick and Max for their help to develop and test the newest products, Max-11 and FUSE.
Please notice that we moved some of the slower selling products to a category called "Special Order". We'll continue making them for the artists who are addicted to them, but feel this strategy will enable us to concentrate more on the newer high-demand products.
Also, we have expanded a bit with theTinkerage coming online to produce and ship the product, but please remember that A) We're small and home-based, B) We juggle the best we can to take care of folks, C) We process in order received, so placing your order sooner is a good thing in terms of ultimate delivery!
Our ordering process is very easy. Just fill out the on-line order form and submit it. We'll receive your order, assemble yoyour package and send you an invoice for payment. The invoice is handled through Paypal. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to make payment as the invoice can be paid via credit card or bank draft. We like this system because we don't have tohandle sensitive personal information by using this method. Once the invoice is paid, we'll send your order out, typically ususing USPS Priority Mail ( unless you specify otherwise )

Each variant is made from the finest ingredients and we utilize natural ingredients to the maximum extent possible while retaining the best properties. Ingredients include Carnauba, Candelilla, Beeswax, food grade paraffins, microcrystalline waxes, plant resins, natural earth pigments and modifiers. No ingredient is added just to "cut" the product.
